William R. Stoeri
Bill’s practice covers general commercial litigation and has included cases involving a wide variety of contract and tort claims, such as licensing agreements, trade secrets, product liability, consumer fraud, class actions, and medical malpractice. He has extensive experience before state and federal courts around the country and before national and international arbitration panels. Bill has tried over thirty jury trials to verdict in federal and state courts. Bill is head of the firm’s Health Litigation Practice Group and serves on the firm’s governing board.
Jillian Kornblatt
Jillian is a Partner in Dorsey’s Labor & Employment group, where she focuses her practice on employment litigation and advice, and on labor law issues. Jillian assists employers in investigating and responding to internal complaints, agency charges, and lawsuits based on allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, conversion, wage and leave statute violations, and whistleblower claims. In her advice practice, she helps clients avoid litigation and be in the best position possible if an employee does bring a claim. Jillian also helps employers navigate union grievances and unfair labor practice charges.
Angela Porter
Angela Porter is an associate and a commercial litigator before federal and state courts. Her primary areas of focus include Class Action Litigation, Health Litigation and Insurance Law. Angela also provides pro bono legal services to low-income tenants and local non-profit organizations.
